About the job

Your role will involve reviewing and purging redundant firewall policies across HQ and DR data centers, ensuring compliance while upholding security standards. You'll align firewall and load balancer modifications with high availability (HA) and disaster recovery (DR) protocols.

Additionally, you will conduct comprehensive assessments of all network components, applications, and databases utilizing public IP addresses, analyzing dependencies to ascertain the impact of changes on services and security.

IP Addressing & DNS Governance

Develop meticulous cleanup and migration strategies, including sequencing, timelines, and rollback procedures. You'll design private IP address allocations that integrate seamlessly with current network infrastructures.

Your responsibilities will also include analyzing DNS records to identify and rectify outdated or invalid entries while maintaining application integrity.

Secure Execution & Validation
