- Project Leadership: Spearhead and execute client infrastructure initiatives, encompassing Layer 2 and 3 networking along with Microsoft cloud and server technologies.
- Champion of Quality & Security: Provide solutions that are meticulously crafted, secure, comprehensively documented, and in line with industry best practices.
- Client Advocate: Elevate the client experience, ensuring their technology aligns with our established best practices.
- Technical Expert: Gain profound technical insight into client systems, maintain thorough documentation, and assist with business applications.
- Collaborative Team Member: Collaborate closely with our vCIO, Service Desk, and other teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Exceptional Communicator: Foster robust client relationships and effectively communicate plans and progress.
- After-Hours Support: Participate in our after-hours support team rotation, ready to provide assistance as needed.
