The Opportunity
Nebius is seeking a Senior Project Manager for Corporate Operations to join our COO office. In this pivotal role, you will oversee and implement operational processes throughout the organization, concentrating on the design and ongoing enhancement of procedures and methodologies. Your contributions will be vital in ensuring that operational activities are in harmony with the company’s contractual obligations through the establishment and execution of robust controls and monitoring systems.
Collaboration across various internal teams will be essential to drive execution, enhance efficiency, and guarantee compliance with the defined standards and requirements stemming from the company's agreements.

Your Key Responsibilities Include:
- Process Design & Optimization: Lead the design, documentation, and continual improvement of operational processes and workflows, identifying inefficiencies and implementing scalable solutions to boost performance and consistency.
- Controls & Monitoring Frameworks: Establish, implement, and sustain controls and monitoring mechanisms that align with operational and contractual requirements, ensuring continuous tracking, reporting, and escalation of gaps.
- Project Execution: Manage operational projects to ensure timely and successful execution, coordinating with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
