Role Overview

As the Senior Operations Manager for Athelas Air, you will spearhead the comprehensive onboarding and implementation process for new customers utilizing the Athelas Air EHR system. Collaborating closely with Engineering and Launch teams, you will ensure seamless transitions for each practice, on schedule, and with optimal adoption rates. You will create scalable launch playbooks, define and prioritize product features aligned with customer workflows, establish success metrics, and continuously refine processes to expedite value realization.
