About the Role
We are in search of a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Order Management Analyst to spearhead our global order validation operations. This pivotal role is vital for ensuring accurate bookings, maintaining system integrity, and establishing scalable operational standards as we gear up for ongoing growth and public company readiness.
In this position, you will oversee the global order management process, including direct management of an analyst based in India. You will coordinate closely with teams across Salesforce, Product, and NetSuite to ensure smooth order processing, identify and resolve deal exceptions, and enhance audit-ready controls throughout our Quote-to-Cash (QTC) lifecycle.
This is a full-time, hybrid role based in our Denver, CO office. Our hybrid work model offers a blend of remote flexibility and in-person collaboration, requiring two days in the office each week for team connection and development.

What You’ll Do
Manage global order management operations and ensure final review and transition of opportunities to closed/won status in Salesforce.
Act as the primary owner for verifying order completeness, accuracy, and compliance with Fivetran’s booking policies, revenue recognition standards, and SOX regulations.
Collaborate with the Deal Desk, GTM, and Revenue Accounting teams to examine contracts, resolve booking discrepancies, and enhance operational efficiency.
