Position SummaryReporting directly to the VP of Business Development, the Senior Manager of Outbound Strategy will play a pivotal role in orchestrating Ironclad’s outbound prospecting initiatives from inception to completion. Collaborating closely with leaders across product marketing, demand generation, sales, business development, and operations, this highly visible position significantly contributes to pipeline and revenue growth at Ironclad. You will be responsible for developing targeting strategies, crafting persuasive messaging, and establishing scalable systems that enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of our outbound efforts. If you possess the expertise to convert intent signals into impactful strategies, we invite you to apply. What You’ll DoOwn the outbound campaign strategy: design and implement automated and signal-based outbound programs that drive meetings, pipeline, and revenue. Drive consistent motions across GTM: collaborate with sales and BDR leadership to ensure that outbound initiatives are well-coordinated and mutually reinforcing. Turn interest into pipeline: connect the dots between marketing initiatives (events, webinars, content) and outbound execution by creating target lists, assets, and strategies that Business Development and Sales teams can implement.

This position is hybrid, based in our San Francisco office, requiring in-office attendance at least twice a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays for effective collaboration. Additional office days may be scheduled for team or company events.
