We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Paid Media Manager to become a vital part of our Debenhams team. Collaborating closely with the Head of Performance Marketing and our expansive digital teams, you will have the chance to lead, motivate, and mentor your team while driving the execution of exemplary Paid Media strategies across Paid Search, Shopping, Paid Social, and Digital Display.
Your responsibilities will include crafting the strategic direction for our accounts, primarily engaging with top-tier partners such as Google, YouTube, Bing, Apple, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and exploring emerging platforms.
This role is based in our central Manchester office.
Key Responsibilities
In the wake of structural changes and brand repositioning, your focus will be on managing and enhancing your team’s workflow while ensuring the quality of all deliverables. You will continuously evaluate team processes (reports, presentations, tools, etc.) for improved efficiency.
You will oversee the end-to-end implementation of Paid Search and/or Paid Social campaigns, including setup, management, analytics, tracking, and reporting, while becoming adept in utilizing all relevant third-party tools and technologies.
You are expected to develop and maintain project plans that outline critical tasks for your accounts, consistently reviewing and recommending adjustments based on performance metrics and the impact on campaign objectives and KPIs.
As you contribute to the growth of the Paid Media department, you will innovate and share insights and processes, while also establishing strong relationships with external partners such as Google, Facebook, Pinterest, and TikTok.
