The Team
The Performance Marketing team operates within the broader Direct Acquisition team, which also encompasses sales and branding efforts. We are tasked with driving top-of-funnel growth for our core lending operations across various online and offline channels, from mail to search and social media.
The Role
We are seeking a Senior Paid Search Executive who will play a critical role in accelerating our paid search growth at iwoca.
In this hands-on position, you will manage our Google Ads campaigns while spearheading our expansion strategy on Bing and exploring new search avenues, including ChatGPT Ads, YouTube, Display, and Google Demand Generation. You will oversee a substantial budget and contribute to shaping the future of paid search at iwoca.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement growth strategies: Foster sustainable growth on Bing and aid in the expansion into new channels such as YouTube, Display, Programmatic, and Google Demand Generation.
Launch, optimize, and scale campaigns: Oversee campaigns across Google Search, Performance Max, YouTube, and Bing.
Maintain account hygiene: Collaborate with channel leads to implement AI-driven solutions for enhanced automation.
