Role overview

The Senior Paid Social Manager will join the performance marketing team to expand Scribd's presence on platforms like Meta, TikTok, Reddit, and other emerging social channels. The focus is on user acquisition for the Everand and Fable products through strategic social advertising.

What you will do

  • Manage and optimize paid social advertising budgets across Meta, TikTok, Reddit, and additional platforms for both web and mobile campaigns.
  • Develop and implement paid social strategies that align with growth objectives and brand standards.
  • Create and maintain advanced audience targeting frameworks to drive consistent results, even as platforms and creative approaches evolve.
  • Design and execute detailed testing plans for bidding models, creative formats, and audience strategies, building reusable test plans and playbooks for the team.
