Role Overview: Senior Paid Social Marketing Lead
The Senior Paid Social Marketing Lead manages Gusto’s paid social campaigns, guiding efforts from brand awareness through to conversion. Platforms include Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit, and TikTok. This role combines performance marketing, creative direction, and AI-driven workflow design. Strategic and creative ownership of a core acquisition channel offers a direct influence on pipeline and revenue. The Team
This role sits within Gusto’s Demand Generation team, a group of performance marketers committed to the craft and purpose of marketing. Collaboration happens closely with the Paid Acquisition team, which focuses on building awareness and generating leads through paid media. The team values autonomy, experimentation, and a collaborative spirit. High standards, quick action, and an AI-native mindset are central to how the group operates.
What You Will Do
- Own the paid social strategy and hands-on execution across Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit, Quora, and TikTok, running campaigns that span the full funnel from awareness to conversion.
