Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:Manage relationships with top cloud security channel partners. Drive new and expansion revenue through established strategic cloud security partnerships. Recruit and onboard new security-focused partners aligned with Datadog’s Ideal Partner Profile. Oversee the Partner Agreement process, collaborating with the legal team as necessary. Collaborate with partners to develop insertion points for partner-led solutions and services. Train and activate existing partners through planning and joint sales initiatives. Coordinate the technical and marketing aspects of integrated partnership launches. Conduct regular business reviews with partners to ensure accountability and track success metrics. Generate partner-sourced new sales pipeline and revenue. Variable commissions will amount to 40% of the On Target Earnings. Qualifications:5+ years of partner-facing, quota-carrying experience in the cybersecurity and/or cloud security SaaS industry. Demonstrated success in driving sales from lead generation to closure, including effective negotiation of agreements and building lasting partnerships. Familiarity with leading cloud hyperscalers. Ability to grasp technical concepts and architectural scenarios quickly, and articulate them clearly in both verbal and written communication. Willingness to travel 30-40% of the time. Fluency in Portuguese and professional proficiency in English and Spanish.
