The Role

We are looking for a Senior Partner Manager to take charge of our most critical partner relationships and drive substantial revenue through both direct and indirect channels. This senior-level individual contributor position is ideal for someone with extensive experience in partner management, who understands industry best practices and is ready to tackle our most challenging partnerships and co-selling initiatives.

You will oversee a dedicated portfolio of strategic partners, including leading system integrators, advisory firms, technology partners, and key resellers, while managing partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue that significantly impacts our business objectives.

What You Will Do

  • Manage a portfolio of Ivo's most strategic partners and contribute to a partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue target that greatly influences the company's financial goals.
  • Develop and execute multi-year joint business plans that include targeted account lists, designated co-sell opportunities, executive sponsorships, and collaborative pipeline reviews.
  • Lead comprehensive co-selling processes from start to finish, including discovery, alignment with partner sellers, joint demonstrations, mutual closing plans, and post-sale transitions.
  • Negotiate commercial terms within partner programs, encompassing tiering, marketing development funds (MDF), referral and resale economics, and joint go-to-market commitments.
  • Utilize AI tools throughout the entire process, including LLM-powered research and account planning, automated meeting preparation and follow-ups, AI-assisted partner outreach, and data enrichment workflows.
  • Present Ivo Intelligence, Review, and Assistant with credibility to partner sales teams, partner solutions architects, and end-customer legal and procurement professionals.
  • Mentor and support other Partner Managers on the team, serving as a player-coach that the Director relies on for guidance.
