We are excited to announce that our Partnerships Team is expanding! We are in search of a dynamic and strategic Senior Partnerships Manager who thrives in a commercial and fast-paced setting. You will be pivotal in acquiring and managing high-impact partners, enhancing payabl.’s capabilities and expanding our market reach.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Partner Acquisition & Development: Spearhead the identification, evaluation, and onboarding of high-value partners, including orchestration platforms, ISOs, PSPs, and technology providers. Formulate and implement strategic partnership plans that align with our growth objectives.
  • Advanced Commercial Ownership: Drive negotiations for intricate partnership agreements, design innovative commercial models (including commissions), and ensure profitable and scalable collaborations across multiple regions.
  • Executive Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strategic, high-level relationships with key partners, acting as a trusted advisor and executive point of contact to influence decision-making within partner organizations.
  • Integration Strategy & Oversight: Collaborate closely with product and tech leadership to ensure seamless and scalable integrations that provide measurable business impacts.
  • Strategic Sales Enablement & Go-to-Market Leadership: Lead joint go-to-market initiatives with key partners, develop enablement programs, and provide strategic training to ensure partners can effectively position and sell our solutions. Work alongside Sales and Marketing teams to drive partner-led growth opportunities.
  • Global Market Expansion: Identify and pursue opportunities for geographic expansion and new verticals, creating innovative partnership strategies to broaden the company’s footprint.
  • Industry Leadership & Representation: Represent payabl. at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings, serving as a thought leader to enhance our brand visibility and credibility.
  • Partnership Performance & Revenue Growth: Monitor partner performance, establish KPIs, and initiate strategies to boost revenue, client acquisition, and transaction volumes through our partner network.
  • Team Mentorship & Internal Leadership: Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
