Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with sales leadership and partnership management teams to establish essential program elements, resources, and processes that underpin partner program success. Lead the management of high-profile strategic initiatives, encompassing the creation of decision frameworks, execution of strategies, and development of roadmaps. Work in partnership with external partners and internal ZoomInfo teams to create repeatable and scalable frameworks. Contribute significantly to the ongoing evolution of ZoomInfo’s partner programs and overarching strategy. Play a crucial role in the recruitment and selection of partners, ensuring alignment and swift realization of value. Define metrics and goals to evaluate program success. Analyze performance metrics, identify challenges, and formulate plans to drive improvement and resolution. Engage with cross-functional teams, taking accountability for ensuring alignment and successful delivery. Manage administrative aspects of Partner Programs, ensuring tools are current and that sales hygiene is upheld. Assist partners and internal stakeholders with ad-hoc requests, providing support as needed.

As a Senior Partnerships Manager, you will play a pivotal role within ZoomInfo's Partnerships Organization, overseeing the design, implementation, and execution of initiatives that cultivate a premier partner ecosystem aligned with our strategic objectives. This position entails the development and management of various partner programs, including Channel Sales, Technology, and Solutions, essential as we rapidly expand our Partner Ecosystem. We seek a proactive individual who thrives in ambiguity, possesses an entrepreneurial spirit, and can also work cohesively within a larger team framework. You should be adept at making data-driven decisions while being open to exploring innovative solutions. A demonstrated history of taking full ownership of projects, collaborating effectively with diverse stakeholders, and achieving results in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment is essential. You will report directly to the SVP of Partnerships, ensuring that our partner initiatives align seamlessly with ZoomInfo’s overarching corporate strategy.
