The Beauty Tech Group is seeking a dynamic Senior Partnerships Manager to join our expanding Influencer Marketing team. In this pivotal role, you will orchestrate influencer campaigns across a variety of platforms, collaborating with creators of all sizes to elevate brand visibility, drive site traffic, and enhance sales performance.
You will work closely with the Partnerships and Marketing Directors to devise and execute innovative partnership strategies that leverage creativity, data analytics, and strategic insight, all within the fast-paced and performance-oriented beauty tech sector.
Your Responsibilities:
- Designing and executing impactful influencer marketing strategies that align with brand and commercial goals across diverse markets.
- Overseeing the entire lifecycle of influencer campaigns from initial concept and creator selection to performance reporting and optimization.
- Setting KPIs and campaign objectives, continuously tracking performance and refining strategies to maximize outcomes.
- Conducting thorough analysis of campaign data including engagement metrics, conversion rates, and ROI to generate actionable insights.
- Developing, managing, and scaling strategic partnerships that enhance revenue, expand market reach, and create long-term business value.
- Building and maintaining strong, enduring relationships with key influencers, creators, and talent partners.
- Providing guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering their development while promoting a high-performance culture.
- Managing influencer budgets and negotiating contracts to optimize ROI while ensuring impactful campaign execution.
- Keeping abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging platforms to keep our campaigns fresh and competitive.
- Collaborating across departments including brand, social media, performance, and product teams to ensure cohesive strategies.
