Collaborate with sales leadership and partnership management teams to ensure program elements, resources, and processes are effectively established for partner program success. Lead the program management of high-impact strategic initiatives, developing decision frameworks, executing strategies, and creating comprehensive roadmaps. Work alongside Partners and internal ZoomInfo teams to formulate repeatable frameworks. Contribute actively to the advancement of ZoomInfo’s overall partner program and strategy. Play a crucial role in partner recruitment and selection, engaging with strategic partners to ensure alignment and rapid value realization. Establish goals and metrics to evaluate program success. Analyze key performance indicators, identify gaps, and develop strategies to drive improvements. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to promote alignment and ensure effective delivery. Manage administrative functions associated with Partner Programs, maintaining updates in internal tools and ensuring sales hygiene is upheld. Assist Partners and internal stakeholders with ad-hoc requests and contribute wherever necessary.

As a Senior Partnerships Manager, you will play a pivotal role within the ZoomInfo Partnerships Organization, leading the design, implementation, and management of programs that establish a top-tier partner ecosystem aligned with our strategic goals. Your responsibilities will include building and overseeing multiple partner initiatives across various sectors, including Channel Sales, Technology, and Solutions, as we swiftly expand our Partner Ecosystem. We seek a proactive individual who thrives in ambiguity, possesses an entrepreneurial spirit, yet can collaborate effectively within a larger team structure. You will leverage data analysis and qualitative insights to inform your recommendations and are eager to explore innovative solutions. Your proven ability to manage projects end-to-end while engaging with diverse stakeholders will be crucial for delivering outstanding results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This position reports directly to the SVP of Partnerships, ensuring that our partner initiatives align with ZoomInfo’s overarching corporate strategy.
