Join us as an Acrylic Painting, Watercolor, and Drawing Instructor at the Michaels store in Tampa! We are seeking passionate artists to lead engaging art classes and share their creativity with students.This is a part-time, permanent position, ideal for artists without studio space looking to teach and inspire others.Qualifications:- Proven ability to create realistic paintings and drawings- Experience teaching acrylic painting, watercolor, and drawing techniques- Enthusiasm for marketing your classes and building a loyal student baseCompensation:Instructors will receive an hourly rate, plus additional compensation based on student attendance:- $3 per student for FREE Basics: MAKE A Project Classes scheduled up to once a month.- $7 per student for Advanced Classes with 6 students or fewer.- $10 per student for Advanced Classes with 7 students or more.Class duration is two hours, with the goal for students to leave with a completed painting or drawing.Certification: All Grumbacher instructors must become certified through Grumbacher to teach at Michaels.
