We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Planner to join our team at alten2. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years of planning experience and will be responsible for orchestrating, scheduling, and prioritizing CCA and FA&T builds within our capital equipment programs. This role demands close collaboration with internal departments such as Production, Materials, Quality, Procurement, and Finance, while also interfacing with external Program Management and Engineering clients.
The Senior Planner will take charge of planning leadership activities, which include facilitating weekly build plan meetings, monitoring performance, and presenting findings to upper management. The candidate will also engage with procurement to identify strategic buying opportunities and collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering and Production Management on BOM releases, build plans, and capacity planning initiatives. It is crucial for the Senior Planner to keep management informed about potential scheduling or financial issues by diligently tracking, reviewing, and evaluating plans, schedules, and budgets.
