With a solid foundation already established, including Backstage as our IDP, we are now keen on building meaningful capabilities that provide significant value to both our business and engineering teams.This role requires a blend of technical leadership and strong product insight. As there is no dedicated product manager for the platform, you will collaborate closely with engineering managers, technical leads, and engineers to understand their challenges, identify opportunities, and drive initiatives from concept through to production. You will lead platform projects from start to finish: defining the problem, designing solutions, implementing them, and ensuring their adoption and ongoing maintenance.Additionally, you will work in close partnership with infrastructure, SRE, and product engineers, balancing long-term planning with immediate needs, and ensuring that our systems remain reliable and scalable.
