Proficiency in CAD software and familiarity with manufacturing tools and techniques. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

About the Role

In alignment with our mission, we are expanding production of our cutting-edge Electric Propulsion System (EPS), which is central to our eVTOL aircraft. The EPS encompasses the Electric Motor and Propeller assemblies, representing one of the most sophisticated and automated manufacturing systems within our facility.

We are seeking a Powertrain Manufacturing Engineer who is enthusiastic about integrating design with production. Ideal candidates will excel in developing scalable manufacturing systems, enhancing intricate processes, and constructing world-class hardware from inception.

What You’ll Do:

  • Contribute to the design and scaling of Archer’s Electric Propulsion System production line , from concept through to high-rate manufacturing , covering layout, automation strategy, tooling, and ramp-up planning.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Design, Quality Assurance, Facilities, and Manufacturing teams to facilitate the production of new electric motor and propeller systems.
