In this pivotal role, you will dive deep into understanding our clients' unique challenges, customizing Everpure solutions to align with their specific requirements. Collaborating intimately with the sales team, you will serve as a technical authority throughout the sales process, demonstrating the value of our offerings.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of the factors influencing a customer’s business and their decision-making processes.
- Link technology solutions, including the Everpure portfolio and additional ecosystem offerings, to tangible business outcomes for customers.
- Work closely with account managers, specialists, and channel partners to craft a seamless and integrated customer experience that drives revenue growth.
- Impress clients and colleagues alike with your technical leadership and expertise in storage products, distributed storage architectures, and competitive offerings in the DAS, NAS, and SAN sectors.
- Oversee evaluations, benchmarks, and system configurations.
- Prepare and deliver compelling technical product and architecture presentations to secure technical wins with clients.
- Translate customer requirements into groundbreaking solutions that enhance their growth potential.
- Identify and foster new opportunities for interoperability and performance testing.
- Facilitate mutual roadmap and planning discussions.
- Collaborate with product and technical marketing teams to create supporting materials that align with our alliance goals.
