Role Overview: Senior Pre-Sales Systems Engineer – Enterprise
This senior pre-sales role centers on understanding enterprise customers’ needs and designing technical solutions that fit. The position partners closely with sales, acting as the technical expert throughout the sales cycle. The goal: show clear value in Everpure’s products and services, and help customers solve real problems.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of each customer’s business drivers and decision-making process.
- Connect Everpure’s technology and ecosystem products to specific business outcomes for clients.
- Work with account managers, specialists, and channel partners to deliver a unified customer experience and drive revenue growth.
- Demonstrate expertise in storage products, distributed storage architectures, and competing solutions across DAS, NAS, and SAN.
- Oversee system evaluations, benchmarks, and configurations.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations on products and architectures to secure technical wins.
- Translate customer requirements into tailored solutions that support their growth and scalability.
- Identify and encourage new opportunities for interoperability and performance testing or validation.
- Lead roadmap and planning discussions with clients and internal teams.
- Collaborate with product and technical marketing to develop supporting materials, including whitepapers and web presentations.
- Stay current on the competitive landscape and market trends in data storage.
