About the Role
Tebra is looking for an experienced Senior Product Business Analyst to enhance our product analytics initiative, facilitating agile and informed decision-making across our platform teams. You will serve as the vital link between data insights and strategic decision-making by converting complex product usage metrics into straightforward, actionable insights that will influence our roadmap strategy, feature adoption, and drive product innovation.
Your Area of Focus
- Develop and refine Tebra’s product performance metrics and reporting framework to maintain visibility into active usage (DAU/MAU) and feature adoption.
- Act as a strategic business partner to Product and Engineering leadership by translating usage data into actionable insights that inform roadmap prioritization.
- Produce leadership-ready analyses and Tableau dashboards that shape decision-making and track progress towards product objectives.
- Create and manage scalable SQL models in Snowflake that enable self-service analytics and reliable product reporting.
- Establish consolidated reporting standards to provide a coherent view of the user journey across Product, Engineering, and Finance.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional analysts in Customer Success, Growth, and Finance to derive insights linking product usage to business metrics such as retention, expansion, and pricing strategies.
- Develop and maintain a thorough data dictionary for the product analytics function to promote data literacy throughout the organization.
