Responsibilities:Lead & Own High-Impact Design Work - Direct the strategy and implementation of intricate product experiences across mobile (iOS & Android) and web platforms, transforming ambiguity into actionable solutions that advance our business objectives. Own the Problem Space End-to-End - Employ research, discovery, and iterative testing to identify opportunities, validate solutions, and ensure we effectively address the right challenges. Design Cohesive Mobile + Web Ecosystems - Develop interconnected, user-focused workflows across platforms, shaping the product as an integrated whole rather than disparate interfaces. Elevate Design Systems & Operations - Enhance our design systems, standards, and workflows; introduce innovative tools (including AI) to improve quality, efficiency, and consistency across the design team. Shape Product & Business Strategy - Collaborate with the Head of Product (co-founder), engineering leads, and executive leadership to steer roadmaps, prioritize initiatives, and transform insights into strategic action. Mentor & Influence Across Teams - Set a high standard for design excellence, mentor senior designers, and promote collaboration across functions.
