In this position, you will design and develop features that influence millions of users every day. Your work will span across both web and mobile platforms, with the chance to reimagine existing flagship features and innovate new ones. Embedded within core product teams, you will collaborate with growth, monetization, product marketing, and engineering teams to drive substantial outcomes for both Picsart’s users and the business. Your primary focus will be on Picsart Flow.

This is a hands-on position with no managerial responsibilities. We are seeking a candidate who leads through their craft, contributing directly with high-quality design work and influencing outcomes through execution.

You will work within an AI-first design workflow, moving from ideation to prototyping, using Figma alongside AI IDEs (e.g., Cursor) to rapidly test interaction patterns and deliver data-driven results.
