Key Responsibilities:
Direct the design process from initial research and synthesis to prototyping and final refinements.
Transform complex healthcare workflows into user-friendly and intuitive interfaces.
Dissect ambiguous problems into structured opportunities and user flows with minimal guidance.
Enhance and maintain our design system to ensure design consistency and scalability.
Collaborate with go-to-market and marketing teams to create visuals and materials that resonate with our brand identity.
Work cross-functionally to influence product strategy and development roadmap.
Elevate the design standards across the organization by demonstrating strong product thinking and execution.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of product design experience in a high-growth SaaS or AI environment.
Proven track record of leading or significantly contributing to design system transformations.
Excellent systems thinking capabilities, adept at bringing order to ambiguity while designing for scalability.
Ability to distill complex information into clear workflows and prioritized challenges.
Strong product sensibility with the ability to balance user needs against technical constraints.
Solid understanding of front-end implementation and the implications of design decisions on engineering challenges and performance.
Proficiency in Figma (components, variants, auto layout, tokens) and modern prototyping tools (e.g., Framer, Principle).
Familiarity with design system frameworks and concepts such as responsive design, accessibility, and interaction states.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to align design rationale with business and technical objectives.
