However, the following attributes are highly desirable:6 to 10 years of B2B sales experience, with a proven record of closing enterprise or upper-mid-market deals.Experience engaging with employers, HR, benefits, healthcare, or related enterprise buyers.Background in healthcare, employer benefits, musculoskeletal health, occupational health, or medical devices.Experience collaborating with large enterprises and managing complex programs (e.g., Fortune 1000 companies, major health systems, large manufacturers).Deep knowledge of the HR/benefits buyer and their purchasing process.Demonstrated ability to handle the complete sales cycle involving multiple stakeholders and extended timelines.Consistent track record of achieving or surpassing sales quotas.Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills, adept at engaging with stakeholders from operational teams to C-suite executives.Comfortable leading sales meetings, presentations, and executive discussions.Highly organized with an effective system for managing pipelines, forecasting, and follow-ups.Experience in close collaboration with Customer Success, Operations, and Product teams.Position requires on-site presence in Boston.
