Role Overview
In the role of Senior Product Manager , AI Therapy, you will be the driving force behind the integration of AI with clinical expertise throughout our product. This position sits at the convergence of consumer product development, AI technology, and clinical science, where you will define a new standard for intelligent relationship support based on validated therapeutic data.
You will design conversational AI features that assist users between sessions, facilitating emotional processing, conversation preparation, reflections, and personalized guidance. Furthermore, you will develop an intelligence layer that transforms therapy session data into actionable relationship context, ensuring that every user interaction is informed by the couple's unique journey. This is an opportunity to explore uncharted territory in product development, offering new modes of support and innovative tools that enhance therapist effectiveness in a rapidly evolving field.
This hands-on role requires a balance between visionary thinking and practical execution, necessitating close collaboration with our clinical lead, AI engineers, and design team to deliver products where every detail matters , especially in sensitive contexts. Working alongside founders and clinical leadership, you will help shape our AI therapy strategy and contribute to the future of continuous, technology-enabled relationship support.
