Team Overview

The Enterprise Experience team oversees all facets of the end-user interface at Anaplan, encompassing planning templates, analytical grids, impeccable reporting, and interactive dashboards. The product areas we handle are essential, impacting every customer and utilized in every application and implementation. Reporting to the Director of Product Management for Enterprise Experience, this role, located in our Manchester office, will play a pivotal part in executing our product and corporate strategy.

Your Impact:

  • Define and refine the vision for Anaplan’s Enterprise Experience.
  • Collaborate with engineering to drive the product roadmap, ensuring delivery of high-impact features for our clients.
  • Establish specifications, standards, and design principles for a cohesive user experience.
  • Engage with customers and Anaplan Centers of Excellence to build relationships and incorporate feedback into the roadmap.
  • Facilitate cross-functional alignment across engineering, product, and strategy teams.
  • Manage end-to-end experiences: develop user stories with clear acceptance criteria, collaborate with UX on prototypes for usability testing, and coordinate with engineering, documentation, support, and marketing to deliver exceptional experiences.
