The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business Intelligence, Information Systems, or a related field, accompanied by a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in programming languages such as SQL, Python, and R is essential for forecasting business trends, establishing data correlations, and identifying high-risk patterns related to regulatory compliance. Experience managing relational data models using SQL queries in database platforms like Snowflake and Couchbase is required, along with the ability to develop visually engaging dashboards in Tableau and Power BI to present financial metrics and insights for data-driven decision-making. Candidates should also have a strong capability in building self-serve analytics models using the pandas-Python library for productivity tracking. Additionally, familiarity with business process automation for compliance payment reviews and conducting comprehensive financial reporting utilizing statistical modeling techniques such as ANOVA and regression analysis will be highly regarded.

Join Convera USA LLC as a Senior Product Manager, where you will leverage advanced data analysis utilizing AWS applications. You will spearhead predictive analytics by developing statistical models that aid in the resource planning of our real-time compliance operations system. Your expertise will be crucial in tuning systems to effectively manage hit rates for Compliance Sanction Scanning systems.

In this role, you will facilitate the implementation of innovative business solutions and develop system automation to reduce manual intervention, employing specialized transaction account screening tools. You will also lead the validation and calibration plan for Anti-Money Laundering compliance systems, tracking and prioritizing transaction and account screening activities while maintaining a comprehensive documentary repository.

Your analytical skills will enable you to conduct thorough risk assessments and cost-effectiveness analysis of transaction screening flows, providing actionable insights and recommendations to leadership and internal stakeholders. You will be responsible for building and presenting detailed data reports for comparative analysis and executing post-implementation impact assessments for productivity tracking.

This position offers flexibility for partial remote work, provided you reside within a reasonable commuting distance to our Denver, CO office.
