The Role:
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to take charge of the vision, roadmap, and execution for Zūm’s core platform. This critical strategic role is designed for an individual who embodies a builder's mindset, adept at balancing immediate needs with long-term goals. The ideal candidate will seamlessly integrate product intuition, customer understanding, and platform & systems thinking. Your contributions will have a direct impact on operational efficiency, customer satisfaction & retention, and sales enablement. Collaborating with a skilled team of product leaders, designers, and engineers, you will innovate and enhance Zūm’s transportation platform across various mobile and web interfaces.
Key Competencies:
• Strong platform and systems thinking skills; capable of developing scalable modular solutions applicable across districts, geographies, and varied use cases.
• Proven experience in SaaS product development, particularly with configurable enterprise workflows.
• Technical fluency to navigate APIs, integrations, sensor/GPS data, routing logic, and mobile workflows.
• Resourceful, resilient, and proactive; skilled at solving challenges without waiting for optimal conditions.
• A hands-on builder with a proactive approach who enjoys delving into constraints, edge cases, operational details, and real-world workflows.
• Effective in implementing lightweight processes that enable a scaling organization to accelerate rather than hinder progress.
• A proactive individual who takes complete ownership of outcomes and remains agile: focused on value delivery, operational performance, customer satisfaction, and business impact.
