Qualifications
As the Senior Product Manager, you will take charge of the product strategy and roadmap for key components of the app experience, ensuring a seamless, engaging, and commercially viable customer journey. You will collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, data, marketing, and trading teams to achieve measurable business results. Define and implement product initiatives that enhance the acquisition, activation, and retention of Food customers within the app. Optimize end-to-end Food journeys to boost engagement and conversion rates. Leverage data and experimentation to pinpoint growth opportunities and foster continuous improvement. Drive product enhancements that catalyze growth across Food, Home & Beauty categories. Identify friction points and refine browsing, discovery, and checkout experiences. Work closely with commercial and trading teams to ensure alignment between product strategy and category goals. Lead deeper integrations within the app experience. Create engaging loyalty-driven experiences that encourage repeat interactions and increase basket size. Utilize personalization and data insights to deliver impactful customer interactions.
