Role Overview: Senior Product Manager – Enterprise Analytics

Stellar Health is hiring a Senior Product Manager to lead the Analytics Engineering team. This role oversees the full lifecycle of data and reporting solutions, including foundational dbt models and Snowflake architecture that inform company strategy. As the functional lead, the Senior Product Manager will align the technical roadmap with business priorities.

This position involves more than managing a backlog. The Senior Product Manager owns the Analytics Portfolio, shaping the design and strategy for dashboards and reports to ensure they are user-friendly, high-quality, and actionable. The role also standardizes definitions across the company, connecting data models to business functions. Collaboration with other product teams is key to ensure system architectures meet analytics needs from the start.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Analytics Engineering Roadmap: Serve as the functional lead for the Analytics Engineering team. Manage the backlog, lead sprint ceremonies, and keep the team focused on high-impact modeling work.
  • Define Data as a Product: Drive requirement development for analytics layers, ensuring a clear understanding of user needs and business goals.
