The Senior Product Manager will oversee technical execution and ongoing optimization of Hopper’s supply ecosystem. This includes using AI-driven automation to speed up partner onboarding and improve performance in areas like price competitiveness, bookability, and latency. The position connects complex API architecture with commercial goals, shaping the reliability and depth of Hopper’s flight marketplace.

What You Will Do

Lead integration of flight supply partners, including airlines, aggregators, and GDS, through high-performance connectivity APIs.
Translate commercial and technical requirements into clear product specifications for shopping, booking, and post-booking automation.
Prioritize and manage a roadmap focused on integration quality, faster time-to-market, and fewer system defects.
Monitor and optimize supply metrics such as price competitiveness, booking success rates, and API latency to support a smooth user experience.
Work with engineering to develop scalable backend solutions that meet platform standards.
Apply AI-driven tools for pricing anomaly detection, automated issue resolution, and mapping partner data.
