Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:Develop feature and scope definitions that effectively align customer needs with business objectives and implementation capabilities. Gather insights from our customer base, internal stakeholders, and market trends to inform product direction. Produce clear and actionable product delivery plans and requirements in collaboration with technical and design teams. Lead the execution and implementation of the team's roadmap. Assess and contribute to new product concepts for future roadmap considerations. Work with Go-to-Market teams to facilitate the successful launch of products. Define and monitor metrics for product success. Build and maintain trusted relationships with stakeholders both internally and externally. Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the product offerings under your purview. Collaborate with the wider team to achieve organizational goals, even if it involves stepping outside your immediate responsibilities. Qualifications:A Bachelor's degree is required. Over 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in B2B software; experience with club management software is a plus. A proven track record of delivering significant transformational value to customers.
