Position Overview:
Embrace our mission to connect the world through gaming and provide consumers with thrilling social gaming experiences! Zynga seeks an enthusiastic and dedicated Senior Product Manager who can spearhead projects, drive results, and directly influence the business performance of our large-scale games. In this role, you will collaborate with a cross-functional team to draft product specifications, guide features through to launch, and interpret metrics to make data-driven decisions.
What You'll Do:
Oversee the Product Lifecycle: Manage the complete lifecycle for new features and enhancements, from initial concept and specification writing through launch and post-launch evaluation.
Feature Design: Create clear and detailed product specifications, user stories, and wireframes to direct the development team.
Strategic Execution: Collaborate with leadership to shape and implement the product strategy and roadmap for your area of expertise, ensuring alignment with our core business objectives.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Define, track, and assess key metrics and KPIs. Employ a hypothesis-driven approach to design and implement A/B tests and other experiments for continual improvement.
Lead a Cross-Functional Team: Work closely with engineering, design, art, and data science teams to balance business objectives with user needs.
