Proven experience in developing product strategies and roadmaps for Online Lead Delivery systems, managing the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch. Act as Product Owner for lead routing and distribution systems, actively participating in team ceremonies and driving daily prioritization and execution. Oversee systems that regulate lead matching, allocation, and delivery, ensuring high performance, reliability, and scalability across all online lead sources. Define and refine routing logic and distribution frameworks to enhance lead response time, conversion rates, and user experience. Collaborate closely with Engineering and Machine Learning teams to design and refine data-driven systems, including scoring, prioritization, and matching models. Prioritize and allocate resources across initiatives impacting multiple product and business teams, balancing business objectives, user needs, and technical challenges. Work alongside Product, Design, and business stakeholders to convert operational requirements into scalable product solutions and detailed specifications. Monitor system performance and lead flow, identifying areas for improvement in delivery accuracy, latency, and agent experience. Lead quarterly and ongoing planning processes in collaboration with Engineering, ensuring alignment on priorities and deliverables.

Role overview

The Senior Product Manager II leads the vision, planning, and execution for Compass’s Online Lead Delivery systems. This work centers on developing and refining core services that connect high-intent buyers and sellers with real estate professionals across the Compass International Holdings network.

  • Oversee systems for routing, distributing, prioritizing, and delivering leads across Compass.com and partner channels
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and business teams to optimize lead flow using marketplace data
  • Drive improvements in conversion rates, lead response times, and agent results at scale

Preferred experience

  • Product management experience with large-scale real estate products is strongly preferred
