We are looking for a seasoned Senior Product Manager to spearhead execution and growth within our insurance sector. In this pivotal role, you will thoroughly understand the needs of insurance billers and payers, establish clear business requirements, and ensure our solutions adapt to shifting market needs. You will be the driving force behind daily roadmap execution and serve as the primary subject matter expert for insurance payment workflows.

As a Senior Product Manager, you will be a key product advocate across Engineering, Integrations, Implementations, Customer Success, Sales, and Product Marketing teams. You will shape roadmap priorities, advocate for customer launches, and foster cross-functional alignment around product direction and measurable business outcomes within insurance payment workflows.

Ownership:

  • Prioritize and manage the Insurance product backlog, ensuring that prioritization is explicit, justifiable, and directly linked to outcomes for insurance billers and InvoiceCloud’s business objectives.
  • Maintain and communicate the Insurance roadmap, ensuring alignment among Engineering, Design, and Go-To-Market teams regarding prioritization rationale, sequencing decisions, and anticipated outcomes.
  • Craft clear, actionable user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria to guide Engineering and UX teams in their work.
  • Guarantee that product documentation, requirements, and internal inputs minimize rework and promote efficient execution.
  • Mentor and support product managers and cross-functional partners, enhancing overall product discipline, discovery quality, and delivery consistency within the insurance vertical.
