Role overview

This Senior Product Manager / Product Lead position focuses on guiding the strategic vision for the Builders platform at Relevance AI. The Builders platform supports every agent and workflow in the company’s ecosystem. The role requires defining what to build, the reasons behind those choices, and how each decision supports business goals. There is no fixed roadmap; instead, the Product Manager will shape direction and priorities in close collaboration with engineering leads and founders. Accountability and rapid implementation are central, and decisions in this role have a direct impact on customers.

Key areas of impact

  • Lead the platform vision and create a multi-quarter roadmap. Make strategic decisions on building, buying, or partnering for the integrations ecosystem. Prioritize investments based on revenue impact, and work with sales and marketing to shape packaging and go-to-market strategy.
  • Define the integrations strategy, aiming to expand the ecosystem beyond basic connectors.
