Qualifications
Essential Criteria:Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred. Over 5 years of experience in product management with a proven leadership record. Expertise in leading product discovery, crafting product vision, and shaping the product strategy and roadmap aligned with organizational goals. Demonstrated success in managing high-performing software product teams, ideally in web-based environments. Ability to design intuitive user interfaces with high-quality wireframes and mockups. Proven track record in product growth and marketing strategies. Strong technical background with understanding of software development and web technologies, including modern web architecture. Advanced SQL proficiency and adept at analyzing complex data sets to generate actionable insights. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present effectively to C-level executives. Demonstrated history of developing comprehensive product and go-to-market strategies for enterprise solutions. In-depth knowledge of agile development methodologies.
