Key Responsibilities:
- Steer and manage the multi-quarter product roadmap, translating strategic vision into quantifiable results.
- Provide direction amidst uncertainty, uniting teams and concentrating efforts on priority initiatives.
- Conduct in-depth discovery and validation, maintaining close contact with merchants to understand their challenges and convert insights into actionable strategies.
- Deliver scalable, reliable, and user-friendly products that enhance merchant growth and operational efficiency.
- Mentor and guide Product Managers to sharpen their focus, execute effectively, and remain aligned with user needs and data.
- Strike a balance between speed and detail, knowing when to push forward and when to refine for quality.
- Collaborate beyond your immediate responsibilities, engaging with challenges that drive Salla's progress forward.
- Maintain transparent communication, explaining trade-offs and providing context in all discussions.
