Role Overview

As the Senior Aircraft Production Manager, you will spearhead the comprehensive aircraft production process for our eVTOL Type Certification programme. This includes overseeing all aspects of aircraft and test asset production, preparing our production facilities, and leading diverse production teams to ensure the safe and efficient delivery of aircraft aligned with program milestones.

This integral position will focus on establishing and scaling production capabilities, optimizing processes, and integrating cutting-edge manufacturing technologies. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in aerospace production environments, particularly in addressing eVTOL-specific challenges.

Your Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to create and execute the company’s aircraft production strategy for certification.

  • Manage the entire production lifecycle, from component assembly to final aircraft integration.

  • Contribute to long-term production strategies, including workforce expansion, facility development, and industrialization planning.

  • Identify operational risks and improvement opportunities, implementing corrective actions as necessary.

  • Provide regular updates on production status, KPIs, risks, and recovery plans to senior leadership.

  • Coordinate with the Engineering Test team to manage the construction, delivery, and maintenance of test articles for certification and validation.

  • Work alongside engineering and testing teams to ensure timely asset availability.
