What does the role involve?
As a Senior Program Manager, you will lead the oversight of key projects and initiatives aligned with the strategic objectives of the organization. Collaborating with diverse teams, you will ensure that projects are executed successfully, delivered on schedule, and meet our stringent quality benchmarks.
How will you contribute?
- Clearly define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Craft and maintain comprehensive project plans to monitor progress and ensure timely milestone achievement.
- Track project performance, proactively identifying risks and issues while providing regular updates to stakeholders and management.
- Work in synergy with cross-functional teams to address and resolve project challenges.
- Assume full Agile project management responsibility, encompassing scope, quality, resource allocation, risk management, timelines, and organizational readiness.
- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders to guarantee project alignment with business goals.
- Adhere to project management methodologies and continuously refine our project management processes and tools.
- Lead project meetings and facilitate effective communication among teams and stakeholders.
