Minimum Requirements:Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) with 10 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of experience and education, including at least 2 years in a leadership role. Preferred Qualifications:Over 15 years of experience directly managing GEC/PMC projects with TxDOT and similar agencies, including both design-bid-build (DBB) and design-build (DB) contracts. Proven ability to lead and manage GEC/PMC contracts effectively for agencies like TxDOT. Experience as the primary liaison with TxDOT representatives and other clients, effectively engaging in project scoping, addressing regulatory requirements, and nurturing long-term partnerships. Expertise in developing, monitoring, and managing project scope, budget, and timelines from the proposal phase through to final project delivery. Experienced in coordinating with local governments, contractors, sub-consultants, utilities, and other agencies to ensure smooth project execution.

  • Ensuring financial success and effective delivery of AECOM's Program Management agreements.
