Key Responsibilities:Direct the planning and implementation of project controls for numerous large-scale infrastructure initiatives. Develop and uphold project control standards, procedures, and guidelines. Continuously monitor and report on project performance metrics, ensuring timely documentation and analysis. Oversee project cost estimates, budgets, and financial forecasts. Proactively identify risks and issues; implement mitigation strategies as needed. Collaborate with project managers and teams to improve project delivery and meet strategic objectives. Mentor and train junior project control staff. Engage with stakeholders to align project goals with company strategy. Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. At least 12 years of experience in project controls for large-scale construction or infrastructure projects. Thorough understanding of project management practices, methodologies, and tools. Proficiency in project scheduling software, such as Primavera P6 or MS Project. Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail with a focus on results. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills; ability to influence at all organizational levels. Capable of thriving in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Professional certifications in project management (PMP, CCM, etc.) are highly preferred.
