Collaborate with Project Management, Project Controls, Engineering, Finance, and Regulatory teams to plan and manage the aggregation of scope and costs at each stage gate. Analyze cost estimates to ensure alignment with historical benchmarks and investigate discrepancies. Manage documentation for stage gate updates and regulatory filings. Conduct peer reviews of project aggregations and work independently with minimal supervision. Develop detailed cost estimates for new Transmission & Distribution Substations, expansions, major equipment replacements, and upgrades. Prepare scope take-offs based on design specifications and engineering drawings. Estimate material and labor costs using established estimating standards and tools. Perform detailed variance analysis throughout the project lifecycle and prepare updated estimates as required.
