Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the complete project lifecycle, ensuring delivery within timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks.
- Manage the delivery of complex mixed-use developments featuring guest experience areas, spectator zones, and food & beverage services.
- Supervise early works interfacing with track construction in ongoing design zones.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to clearly define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
- Create comprehensive project plans that outline timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Communicate consistently with clients to align their expectations throughout the project.
- Track project progress, identifying and mitigating potential issues or risks proactively.
- Oversee project budgets, maintain accurate expense tracking, and generate financial reports.
- Ensure adherence to all relevant regulations, codes, and industry standards.
- Prepare and present detailed project updates and reports to senior management and key stakeholders.
