Qualifications
Responsibilities:Lead commercial interior construction projects from preconstruction through final closeout. Oversee high-end interior finishes, ensuring quality, detailing, and client expectations are met. Manage project budgets, schedules, and cost forecasting to ensure financial performance. Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams across multiple active projects. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships throughout the project lifecycle. Review drawings, specifications, and contracts to ensure scope alignment and constructability. Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and overall project documentation. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, safety, and quality standards. Drive schedules in fast-track, occupied environments with minimal disruption. Collaborate with preconstruction and estimating teams during budgeting and buyout phases. Identify and resolve project risks, field issues, and coordination challenges. Requirements:10–15+ years of experience in commercial construction project management. Strong background in commercial interiors, workplace buildouts, or tenant improvements. Proven ability to deliver high-end, design-focused interior projects with meticulous attention to detail. Experience managing fast-track projects in occupied environments. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and contracts. Familiarity with Procore, MS Project, or similar project management tools. Excellent leadership, communication, and client-facing skills. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
