Your Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end development of SDV Cloud and Connected Services, managing the entire product lifecycle from planning, development, validation, to mass production.
Display agile leadership and foster collaborative execution in an Agile development environment utilizing tools like JIRA and Confluence.
Define MVPs and design project operations based on milestones to ensure effective execution and risk mitigation.
Spearhead the establishment and improvement of policies, standards, and processes aligned with the product and technology roadmap.
Facilitate cross-functional communication and alignment with various departments including development, quality, planning, and operations.
Lead and manage gate reviews at different project stages, ensuring accountability and operational oversight.
Proactively tackle complex issues and challenges, employing influential communication to drive resolutions.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in IT, mobility, or the automotive industry, with at least 3 years leading large-scale cross-functional projects.
