Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise teams of technical staff or Project Managers on various complex projects.
- Exhibit exceptional leadership skills in project execution, client relations, and business development.
- Oversee construction administration tasks including:
- Reviewing submittals
- Preparing meeting agendas and minutes
- Assessing daily and weekly construction reports
- Managing payment applications, RFIs, and change orders
- Coordinating with field teams and designers
- Facilitating project closeout and tracking construction schedules
- Organizing construction progress meetings
- Support the training and mentorship of Project Managers and staff through:
- Conducting training seminars
- Providing technical guidance during project execution
- Incorporating new technical developments
- Consult with technical staff and Project Managers on technical challenges and conduct QA/QC reviews for projects.
- Identify potential risks associated with nonstandard technical matters.
